PHILOSOPHY
Here at FBC we keep it simple:
We provide the highest quality design, innovative in approach and customary to the clients dreams. Every time.
WHY WORK WITH US?
-
DIRECTOR LED APPROACH
Your project will be personally handled by a director – David Buehler or Joel Fitzgerald – at all stages. We have no junior staff.
-
SPECIALIST IN HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL
We focus exclusively on bespoke, high-quality residential design – it's all we do.
-
TRUSTED BY BUILDERS
Many of our clients are experienced local builders (7 builder clients in the past two years), valuing our industry reputation and ability to balance design with practical, economically buildable solutions.
-
CLEAR & RESPONSIVE
Our fees reflect not only our expertise, but our commitment to giving your project the time and attention it deserves. Quality, not quantity.
-
EXPERIENCE
We currently have several projects underway at different stages throughout Sydney & C'Coast. We’re a registered architect practice with 40+ years’ combined experience, and both directors hold master’s degrees with honours.
-
AWARD WINNING
Several of our projects have taken out awards.
SERVICES
FBC Architects specialise in the design and documentation of spectacular homes.
We have a wealth of experience in waterfront and beachfront homes, sloping sites & acreages around Sydney and the Central Coast.
We handle projects from concept to completion, staged as Concept Design, Council Application and Construction Documentation - if desired we can provide ongoing liaison during the build. We can connect you with reputable builders and other industry professionals.
