Located at the base of a steep hillside at North Curl Curl, AURA is a full transformation of an existing three-storey brick home into a modern coastal residence with sweeping ocean views.
 

The original structure has been completely reworked inside and out, replacing heavy brick forms with a lighter, more open design. Curved elements, layered levels, and large openings bring in natural light, sea breezes, and a stronger connection to the view.
 

Open-plan living flows onto generous terraces, making the most of the coastal setting. A simple palette of timber, stone, and natural finishes keeps things warm, relaxed, and durable for beachside living.
 

AURA is about taking what was there and turning it into something calm, contemporary, and built for how people actually live by the coast.
